A rare, variegated form with narrow, green leaves sporting bright gold centres. Wheat-like, tan seedheads last all season. Seeds are sterile.
Grows best in full sun to partial shade, in a moist, well-drained soil, however, will tolerate most soil types. Calamagrostis is drought tolerant, once established. Prune foliage to ground level in the spring to make way for new growth.
