A true dwarf selection with a compact, shrubby habit. White, camellia-like blooms with a pink blush when opening. New growth in spring emerges green with reddish-purple tones, turning to shades of yellows and oranges in late autumn.

The parent plant, at ten years old, is still less than 90 cm x 90 cm in size.  It is not old enough to show bark qualities yet, but the expectations are that it will show the multicolored flaking bark of the species.
