A decorative, slow-growing pine, strongly pyramidal when young, forming a broad pyramid with age. The open branching holds stiff, bluish-gray-green, twisted needles, creating tufts at the end of the branchlets.
A pine with a unique, visual appeal creating a striking landscape element wherever it is used. This pine is naturally an open grower, however, pinching the candles mid-spring will encourage a more compact form.
