Very fragrant, double, deep rose-pink flowers give the tree the appearance of being draped in rose buds. A broad, vigorous, symmetrical tree with green foliage overcast in burgundy. Large, yellow, crabapples are showy against the reddish-orange to deep purple fall foliage.

Use as a specimen, in small groups or mixed with other cultivars. Crabapples have visual appeal in the spring with their abundance of showy flowers. Added appeal lies in the fall and winter with their colourful fruit. Fruit is attractive to birds.
